Shivrajdeep Singh Sandhu
An Engineer who has done his post graduation in wireless communication. He lived in Australia for about eight years where he worked hard in the hospitality industry, gained deep experience in the food industry and gathered knowledge about the global industry. Carrying along his international experience, he came back to India to start something of his own and contributed to his own land in Punjab.
His engineering background helped us build both the ventures and his food knowledge made us run them successfully. Today he handles the ordering, inventory and stocking for a National food chain serving American food ( he is a franchise owner) and Doubleshot coffee roasters. He also adds value to the ventures by being there. His brewing skills are also an addition to all of us.
As I said before we aren’t those owners who sit in lavish offices and command — we are leaders who lead and work on war footing.

Sukhdev Singh
An MBA with majors in Finance. Since he passed out in 2009, he has been part of his family business of manufacturing Post Press Machinery. He added value in his existing business by implementing deep rooted technical knowledge of high-end machines and equipment required to take a leap forward in business. He is a vivid reader who has explored various subjects, but subject of ‘Coffee’ was brought to the table, which was well accepted. His knowledge and confidence was encouraged and backed by his friends which got implemented and gave birth to Double shot coffee roasters .
Today Sukhdev is a certified, well-trained and equipped coffee roaster as well as expert Barista who with his product knowledge and rare quality of upgradation of knowledge is regularly adding to the business. Quality compromise is not part of his cup, only rightly made coffee is.

Usmeet Kaur
She has worked for a decade as a journalist in two leading Print Houses, have done numerous interviews, researched and written on a wide range of subjects. She has communicated with various personalities and people; her forte has been field reporting. Leading teams, editing stories, managing office and human resource being her strength brought her do the same in the cafe roastery firm.
She strongly feels, this communication world widened her horizon, made her strong and hard enough to encounter any sector to venture into. —— the key to success has been simple — Hard work and consistency. Taking this mantra along, she joined hands with her friend and took a franchise of a National food chain (the brand with various outlets in the country) which was followed by Doubleshot Coffee Roasters and now she has been handling and managing the soul of both ventures i.e. Human Resource Development and Training.

It’s WE who came together. One of us was passionate about the subject and brought it on to the table, while others backed it and got on to it to implement it as a business.
